Amy Sabbadini

for Deschutes County Commissioner, Seat 3

Common Sense
Central Oregon needs to manage its rapid growth in ways that work for the people who live here. Amy values pragmatism and will work to eliminate wasteful spending and unnecessary delays in public services.
Accountability
Government needs to serve the people, be transparent, and be accountable. Misconduct must have consequences, regardless of a person's title.

Solutions-oriented
Amy is a problem-solver by nature. She seeks input from multiple perspectives in order to find points of compromise and is decisive in taking action.
Integrity
As a teacher and mother, Amy knows you always set an example of the behavior you want to see in the world. She prides herself on being honest and dependable, and owns up to mistakes. Elected officials should be servant leaders, not selfish despots. We have a responsibility to ensure the generations that come after us can thrive here.
"We want leaders who care, and few care more about the future of our community than Amy.   I trust that she’ll pour her heart and soul into ensuring the best outcomes for everyone in our county. She’s smart, courageous, and creative."

- Rachael Harbison,
  mother, teacher, attorney

County government is where real change happens – right here, where we live.

If you're feeling frustrated by national politics, you're not alone. Real, meaningful change often starts much closer to home. At the local level, your vote carries more weight, your voice is more likely to be heard, and the impact is immediate.

County Commissioners make decisions that affect your daily life — housing, wildfire response, mental health services, roads, and more. If you want to see government that works, that listens, and that serves people directly, the county commission is one of the most powerful places to make it happen.

Your voice matters. So does your vote.
