ACCOUNTABLE REPRESENTATION
During federal chaos our County needs steady, responsible leadership who listens to working folks and spends tax dollars wisely. I am a classroom teacher and working mom with 25 years of public service. I am a uniter, not a divider. I’ll find common ground and pursue practical solutions that create a better future for my family and yours.

SAFE & HEALTHY COMMUNITIES
Local government is our front line for public health and safety. I will fight for better law enforcement and mental health staffing and protect Healthy Schools. I will support preventative public health care and keep county clinics open.

SENSIBLE PLANNING FOR AFFORDABILITY
More destination resorts and luxury developments demand water but don’t solve housing affordability. Instead, let’s build homes for working families serving our communities. Let’s expand community wildfire preparation. Let’s protect our water, agriculture, and open spaces.

County Commissioners make decisions that affect your daily life — housing, wildfire response, mental health services, roads, and more. At the local level, your vote carries more weight, your voice is more likely to be heard, and the impact is immediate.

Aligning Values

The Peoples' Trust

Deschutes County Commissioners literally determine the fate of County residents with their decisions, particularly when it comes to:

  • Public Health & Safety

  • Healthy Communities

  • Sensible Land Use

  • Affordability

  • Wise Water Use

  • Public Transit

My professional experience has taught me that keeping an open mind while seeking solutions for the questions and problems we encounter helps us view issues with a more informed perspective.
